Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an Outpatient Therapy Clinic specializing in pediatric neurodevelopmental care. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children with autism and other developmental challenges reach their full potential — while collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Eligible: Former Providence employees (non-Swedish) may apply if separated &Client;3 months
Patient Population & Diagnoses:
- Neurodevelopmental challenges
- Developmental, expressive, and receptive language delays
- Articulation and stuttering disorders
- Autism, ADHD, behavioral challenges
- Complications from prematurity
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Work Settings: Pediatric outpatient experience (required); hospital or pediatric rehab (preferred)

Pediatric Expertise: Autism, developmental delays, fluency, and language disorders (required)

Adaptive Equipment: Communication boards, alternative communication devices (required)

Evaluation Tools: CELF, PLS-4, Rossetti Infant-Toddler Scale (required)

Documentation & Billing: Plan of care, assessments, Medicaid billing, SLP coding (required)

Other: Strong patient/family education and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Dysphagia management experience
- Augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) familiarity
- Experience with point-of-service documentation
Certifications & Licensure:
-
CCC-SLP (ASHA certified)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
-
State SLP License (active and in good standing)
Compensation: $52.00 per hour
