Shifts: 9A to 5P (M-F)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Whitinsville, MA. As a PTA, you will work closely with patients to assist in providing physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. Whether you are seeking a contract or PRN position, we offer flexibility to suit your needs. It is also likely that this could be a perm position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
Track patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising physical therapist.
Ensure the maintenance of treatment records and patient documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized therapy space.

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts.
Experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
