Location: Portland, OR, and Surrounding Areas

Position Highlights:

Pay Rate: Up to $40/hr, based on experience
Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
Facilities: Long-Term Care (LTC)

Requirements:

Experience: At least 6 months of LTC experience GREAT FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR LPN JOURNEY
Licensing: Active LPN license in Oregon
Certifications: Current BLS or CPR certification
Health: Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
Compliance: Must pass background checks, state exams, and skills evaluations
Transportation: Current driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
